Open Communication... ...MI in the News
We would like to share with you some of the exciting initiatives that we have in progress and some of our areas of work.
New M.I. Location On 27th March 2006 Marketing Interaction opened for business in it's new office at Estover Business Park in Plymouth. M.I. shares this exciting location with other well-known businesses in the largest city in the South- West. The office is situated near to the A38, just north of the city centre and overlooks some of Devon's most beautiful countryside. Geoff Barnes, M.I. 's Managing Director, states,"This move signals an excelleration of the company's growth and our new operations centre provides the ideal environment for servicing our expanding customer base."
On 1st. December 2006 Marketing Interaction opened it's office at Fairoaks Airport in Chobham.The office is conveniently situated between the M3, M4 and M25 in Surrey. The MI sales team based in this area will continue to work with our growing number of customers in the South, South-East and the Midlands, enabling their businesses to deliver improved sales performance through high value sales support, marketing support and project management.
M.I. Moving Forward After establishing a focus in the asset finance sector in 2005, Marketing Interaction is building on it's success in this area.It is said that the industry is one in which the pressure for success is never ending. Those in the industry recognise that growing their business is hard,it is difficult to know their customers well, making customer retention even harder. As existing customers continue to benefit from M.I. 's experience in lead generation, pipeline management and contact mapping, interest continues to grow, especially in the North and North-East. Head of Sales Operations, Richard Barnes , comments " Our customers require a consistent feed of qualified propects as well as the long-term strategic partnerships within a highly competitive market. Our experience and capability in developing value-based relationships for our customers enables us to escalate prospect opportunities that will support their new business goals and help them to better align with each prosect as their preferred supplier. Trends In Skill Development It is recognised that improving the skills of employees can have a dramatic impact on a company's bottom line. The success and relevance of effective training is being seen in major company's in all areas of business. The trend in M.I.'s tailored training sessions is increasing so that employees are not removed from their activities for long periods, they can get a chance to apply their new found skills while the information is still fresh and create a positive behaviour change. The combination of close engagement and customer focus is the key to enhancing performance.
